LWP stands for Large White Pieces. LWP grade cashews are relatively large cashews and are of finest quality compared to other grades and are creamy white colored. Cashew nuts are commonly considered a snack nut eaten on their own, used in recipes, or processed into cashew cheese or cashew butter. People also use Kaju to make medicines. Cashew or Kaju is used for curing diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, stomach and intestinal (gastrointestinal) ailments, skin problems, and other conditions.

Cashews go well with savory dishes such as kebab, Afghani paneer, dum aloo, paneer pasanda, meat, and fish recipes. Ground cashews can be added as a base of creamy, nutty sauce called korma.
